Draft — pending review by counsel
This text is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer licensed in Kosovo or Albania. It is not a final document and will be replaced before Kujdo accepts bookings.
What we collect today
Today Kujdo accepts no bookings and holds no patient records. From an ordinary visitor we collect no name, no contact details and nothing else that identifies you. If you fill in the clinic waiting list, we store the contact you give us, the city, the language and the fact that you gave consent — and nothing else. The site also sets one technical cookie holding a random value: it holds nothing about you, is never joined to site analytics and needs no consent, because its only job is to stop the forms being abused.
We do not store a specialty next to your name
A row saying that an identified person is looking for a particular specialist is health data. That is why the clinic waiting list stores the city and never the specialty, and why no search you run is linked to your name.
Analytics
Site analytics start only if you accept the banner yourself, and stop immediately if you decline. We never send a specialty, a name, an email or a phone number with them, and the data stays on servers inside the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ndihme@kujdo.com and we answer within 30 days.
For any question about this text, write to us at ndihme@kujdo.com.
